- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and take bags to designated exterior bins.
- Vacuum carpeted floors, mats, and runners; sweep and damp-mop hard floors with surface-appropriate products.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch points, including doorknobs, push-plates, light switches, and railings.
- Dust accessible, unobstructed desks, tables, countertops, and shelves.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and restroom mirrors; restock agreed soap and paper supplies.
- Wipe kitchen or breakroom counters, sinks, and major appliance exteriors.
- Remove smudges from entry-door glass and interior glass partitions.
- For studios: disinfect training barres and clean accessible floor-to-ceiling perimeter mirrors.
02Every two weeksDetail maintenance
Includes all weekly tasks, plus:
- Dust doors, frames, window sills, and mid-level wall moldings.
- Vacuum upholstered furniture and remove debris from chair cushions.
- Wipe baseboards in busy hallways and entryways.
- Clean communal microwave interiors and wipe small countertop appliances.
- Dust the housings of monitors, printers, and computer towers, avoiding exposed wiring.
03MonthlyDeep rotation maintenance
Includes all weekly and biweekly tasks, plus:
- Detail-dust ceiling fans, vents, intake grilles, and light fixtures below 10 feet.
- Hand-wipe perimeter baseboards, trim, and corners.
- Vacuum or dust blinds, shades, and decorative valances.
- Damp-wipe trash and recycling bins inside and out.
- Maintain specialty floors, including hardwood or marley, using manufacturer-appropriate methods. Restorative finishes are used only where suitable and agreed.

What’s outside standard service?
Only tasks included in your agreed scope of work are part of standard service. Standard exclusions include:
- Heavy biohazard removal
- Exterior window washing above ground level
- Moving furniture weighing more than 25 pounds
- Deep carpet extraction, unless separately booked as a standalone service
